Our leadership team brings together more than 25 years of experience in employee benefits, insurance, and benefits consulting, combining proven entrepreneurial success with a deep understanding of the marketplace, products, and—most importantly—the needs of our clients.

Gregg S. Lickstein has built and led successful organizations, including a company that grew from approximately $150 million to more than $2.5 billion in annual premium before being sold to Wells Fargo. Together with our experienced team, we bring extensive knowledge of benefit strategies, insurance products, plan design, and the evolving challenges facing employers and their employees.

We believe there is no “one-size-fits-all” solution. Our approach begins with listening, understanding each client's unique objectives, and developing thoughtful, practical solutions designed around their specific needs.
